Refund Policy
Your satisfaction is our ultimate goal. Although all payments are final, if you are dissatisfied with any of our services or products, please reach out to us in person, by phone, or email so we can address your concerns.
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
Each appointment is very important to us because we reserve this time just for you. You will receive a confirmation email upon booking, one email reminder 24 hours prior to your upcoming appointment, and one text message reminder (text messaging optional) 2 hours prior to your appointment. If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please provide a minimum of 12 hours’ notice. Appointments cancelled after the 12 hour mark and no show appointments will result in a $30 cancellation fee.
